“We work with Anaylin on a project basis and one of the first things they helped us with was understanding our customers. Their initial analysis endorsed the profile of our donors but they showed us a trend that had not been obvious to us or our data partners; this being that more recent donor recruits had a different profile to our historical base. Although, the new donors were not significant in terms of the overall database, they were growing fast and forming a significant portion of new recruits.
Even though our recruitment channels and creative approach was similar to previous years, Anaylin put forward some useful and though-provoking hypotheses. As a result of this analysis, we reviewed and improved our effectiveness and efficiency of our targeting.
